Welcome to the home of Vulcan Brackets by Lee Sido. I fabricate brackets that will allow you to mount a fairing to 1999-2004, 2005- Kawasaki Nomads and 1600 Classics. There are several designs depending on which fairing you have: the early 1960-1984 outer fairing only, the 1996-up outer fairing only or the 1996-up inner+outer fairing.
All brackets are fabricated from 1/8" cold-rolled steel, MIG/TIG welded. The sets are normally unpainted, powder-coating is available as an option.
The bracket sets are fabraciated as ordered, typical fabrication time is one-two weeks. |
I do not sell the fairings, you must purchase/use your own fairing. |

'96-up Outer Fairning Only
'99-'04 Kawasaki Nomad with 1996- outer fairing only. This bracket set uses the stock outer fairing mounts (threaded inserts) and the stock Nomad windshield mount locations. When you buy a fairing make sure that these four mount points are not broken. Without the inner radio fairing the fairing/shield sets at a better angle. The fairing must be cut around the headlight ring to allow for use of the stock Nomad headlight, otherwise you must use the stock fairing headlight assembly.

'96-up Inner+Outer Fairing
This is a view of the 1996-up inner + outer fairing for a 1999-2004 Vulcan Nomad. As with the later fairing it needs to be cut around the headlight mount ring to allow use of the stock Kawasaki headlight AND a small potion of the inner fairing around the fork tubes must be removed.
